Bosch Huayu Steering System Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") is currently China's passenger car steering system business with the largest scale, highest market share, and a high-tech enterprise integrating development and manufacturing.

    In November 1994, the company was established in Shanghai and officially put into operation in September 1996. With the development of business, the company has set up branches in Yantai, Wuhan and Nanjing respectively to meet the needs of customers in North, Southwest, Inland and East China. Due to the change of foreign shareholders' equity, on July 4, 2016, the company officially changed its name from Shanghai ZF Steering Systems Co., Ltd. to Bosch Huayu Steering Systems Co., Ltd.
